Doner Kebab Cooker with ROBAX GLASS 6 RADIANS
All of them are made of AISI304 quality 18/8 Cr-Ni stainless sheet.
Radiant heaters are in horizontal rows and can be controlled separately.
There are 3 rows in total and 2 heaters in each row. All heaters can be changed one by one when necessary.
There are large AISI 304 quality grease collection trays in order to prevent the meat from falling to the ground in the doner kebab ovens.
All trays have AISI 304 quality straining sheet to prevent the oil flowing into the oil trays from being seen.
It is offered for sale with 1 skewer, 1 shovel and 2 hairpins.
There is a switch to change the meat rotation direction if the user uses right and left hands.
There is a special high temperature resistant motor (ld/d) placed in the lower body.
There is a fused socket installed on the device for the electric doner knife.
The oblique operation of the skewer on which the doner kebab meat is wrapped provides the opportunity to keep the distance of the meat to the heaters constant.
It provides homogeneous cooking in a short time with the heaters that surround the doner meat in a circular manner and the special Robax glass with high thermal conductivity in front of the heaters.
It is possible to cook hygienically and safely with Robax glass, which is resistant to high heat, which will prevent oil splashing on the radians.
Ability to work with LPG or natural gas and to be able to transform without any modification (only with injector change)
