INOKSAN POTATO PEELING MACHINE - INT-KR0004

• The device body is made of AISI 304 quality 18/8 Cr-Ni stainless steel sheet and its form has been strengthened by special shaping.
• It has a fully automatic operating system, electronic program card and touch control panel.
• If the top cover of the device is opened during operation, there is a safety system that stops the operation of the timer and engine and gives a warning.
• The machine construction is in a structure to prevent contact with the moving parts while it is in operation.
• There is a safety switch that helps to stop the device in case of malfunctions or dangers that may occur in the machine and prevents the intervention of unrelated persons with its locking feature.
• The loaded potato is softened with the water inlet connected to the machine, and it is peeled with very little loss (8-15%) without crushing or smashing.
• If desired, onion peeling can be done by changing the turntable (HOKg/h, 5Kg/trip).
• It has a low noise level, quiet and stable operation with a speed setting that will not spoil the potato and onion with the appropriate reducer.
• It is possible to adjust the peeling time from the control panel according to the shape and size of the potato.
• The liner and the turntable are covered with carborandum suitable for health conditions.
• After the peeling process, there is a special unloading cover for unloading the potatoes into the appropriate container while the machine is running.
• Rubber drain pipe with an inner diameter of 60mm.
