Homogeneous heat distribution and balanced cooking are possible by means of the special fan inside the oven.
Cooking temperature and time can be adjusted from the digital control panel.
With the water jet, it is possible to moisten the food by spraying water on it when desired.
The doors are heat resistant double glass and comply with hygiene standards.
The inner glass of the door is openable and can be easily cleaned.
There is a safety system that stops the device when the door is opened.
There is a safety thermostat that stops the device in case the temperature inside the oven rises excessively.
It has a double speed (700/1400) and a special oven motor that can rotate in both directions.
Minimum heat loss is ensured thanks to the insulated furnace surround.
It is possible to illuminate the inside of the oven with the lamps placed inside the door.
Rapid cooling is possible by pressing the relevant button on the digital control panel.
