USE

1- PREPARING THE MACHINE FOR USE

Fix the machine to the table with the help of a vise and place the turning handle in its slot. Before first use, the machine should be wiped with a dry cloth. To clean the dough roller (roller), pass a piece of dough through the dough roller (roller) several times and discard this dough.

2 - PREPARATION OF THE MIXTURE The ingredients for one-person noodle are basically; is about 125 grams of wheat flour and an egg. Caution: It is not recommended to use eggs that have just been taken out of the refrigerator for ideal taste! For four people; about 500 grams of wheat flour and 4 eggs can be used. If desired, you can use water instead of eggs. (1 egg = about 80 ml of water)

Add the eggs to the center of the flour and beat with a fork until completely mixed with the flour. Knead the dough with your hands until it finds itself and becomes homogeneous. If the mixture is too dry, some water; If it is too moist or soft, add some flour. A good mix will never stick to your fingers. Take the mixture from the bowl and place it on the lightly floured table from the front. Cut into small pieces with a knife if necessary.

3 - Dough and Noodles Preparation Your machine has a dough thickness adjustment lever. Move the adjustment lever of your machine to the "1" position by pulling out and turning it. In this way, the two flat rollers will become completely open. Run a portion of the mixture through the machine by turning the handle. Repeat this process 5-6 times, if necessary, you can fold the dough or add some flour in the middle.

When the dough is evenly shaped, pass the dough once between the rollers on the "2" setting, then on the "3" setting in the same way. Continue until you reach the thickness you want. With the help of a knife, divide the dough into 25 cm long pieces. To use the cutter rollers, place the handle in its slot, turn it slowly and pass the dough through to get the noodle you want.

Note 1 ： If the rollers do not cut, it is because the dough is too soft. In such a case, add a little more flour to the mixture and pass the dough through the flat rollers again.

Note 2: Likewise, the dough being too dry may cause the rollers not to cut. Sprinkle some water on the mixture and run it through flat rollers again.

MAINTENANCE OF THE MACHINE

1. During use, clean the scrapers under the flat rollers frequently with a towel.
2. Never wash the machine under water or in the dishwasher!
3. Clean the surface of the machine with a dry and soft cloth; clean the rollers with a brush or a wooden stick.
4. You can clean the rollers with petroleum jelly or vegetable oil in case of creaking or similar situations.
5. Do not insert items such as knives or cloth between the rollers!
6. It is recommended to store the machine and its parts in its box after use.

ATTENTION

1. To avoid possible injury, do not touch the blades and rollers and do not allow children to operate the machine.
2. For the healthy operation of the machine; The process of adjusting the dough thickness should be from thick to thin.
3. Take care not to drop your machine or leave it under the sun.
4. To prevent the machine parts from rusting, absolutely avoid cleaning with water.
