Our Multi-metal Copper products are 3-layered and the inner part is steel, the outer part is copper and the middle layer is aluminum. The aluminum layer between the copper and the steel ensures that the heat is evenly distributed throughout the pan.

* Due to its structure, multi-metal copper products may become stained when left wet, we recommend that you dry them immediately after cleaning, not leaving them wet.
